Took the boys into Malibu tonight to enjoy the sunset. I figured with daylight savings time, the extended daylight hours I would miss traffic. I was wrong! With the California Incline still closed, going down Chattaqua was tight. We were originally going to head up to Leo Carillo to see the tide pools, cave and sunset, but we stopped short in Malibu to watch the sunset. What a glorious evening! Us three boys had a great time together and heading home, I thought this moon rise was gorgeous, but I thought the sunset shot(s) would be my shot of the day, but even my older son was taken aback by the beauty of the moon glistening off the ocean, so we pulled over, grabbed this shot, then headed home for Thai food! 🙂 YUM! Great day overall.
