I almost forgot to get my POTD (Picture of the Day) as we had friends over for dinner. So I was going through my photos and came across this picture of Machu Piccu that I took back in 2009 from our honeymoon. I took this with a Canon Rebel XT with the kit 18-55mm lens. That was one of the greatest trips of my life; we did the Inca Trail among many other activities, but watching the sun rise over Machu Piccu was an awesome experience. I am ready for another adventure! 🙂 Today’s image is of an image I took before the photography bug really grabbed hold of me – i think i shot this in automatic mode. It’s fun looking at old images and see just how far I’ve progressed! God’s made some pretty places!
