Today begins another daily challenge; the http://www.wholelifechallenge.com. I did the preliminary workout of 1 Minute pushups, 1 minute setups, 1 minute burpees, 1 minute squats, then 1 minute rest and repeat (I performed 182 total reps as my baseline). I also measured my hips and waist. I won’t report those numbers but as I’ve said before, I’m in shape (if you consider round a shape! :)) In 8 weeks, I will redo the baseline and take measurements to see how I’ve improved and transformed my health and body. Much like my photography and this daily challenge, 2016 is the year of daily changes in the hopes of a year end transformation. I wouldn’t say that this falls under the guise of a resolution, though. I’ve also started my bible in a year reading plan on the first, and so far, I’ve been consistent. I think it makes sense to study the things you love and to gain an intimate knowledge to experience a transformative life. Part of the challenge is clean eating, which inspired the above shot of James feeding Mommy her healthy salad! Sharing is caring! 🙂 What changes/challenges are you working towards this year?
